A Wabi Sabi Primitive Console, Scandinavia c. 1800s
A weathered plank chest in pine, with traces of old painted decoration in overlapping scalloped arcs and circles, worn back to the bare wood in true wabi sabi fashion. Originally used as a chest, now turned upside down and repurposed as a console table.
